Distraction seems to have always been part of my experience in this life. A few times I seriously considered taking on the label of ADD. Towards my late twenties I had let go of the labels and just knew that I was different and that was okay. Then one day late last year after talking with a few of my friends it hit me. I've chosen to experience distraction in this life and I can change that if I want. Earlier that year I had come to a similar conclusion with attachment.
Many of us, prior to coming into physical chose to put the experience of distraction in our basket of earth experiences. When you accept this and integrate it into your belief system, you then take your power back and change your reality. Choose to see distraction as simply an experience and set yourself free. Have fun with the distraction and laugh at yourself.
If you want to change your experience ask yourself if you're distracted because what you're doing is not of benefit to you. Maybe you're ignoring that soft voice in your head? Many times we already know the answers and we don't trust ourself enough to listen. Trust your intuition and know that what you get is always right for you and where you are in the moment. You are perfect just as you are and you can never get it wrong.
Whether you want to keep experiencing distraction or not, choose to follow your bliss in the moment. Choose to follow your inspiration. Every moment of the day, source energy is offering you opportunities for new and exciting experiences. You must choose what you want to experience and we choose our experiences through the perception of our reality that we choose to hold.
